How to Make a Better PB&J Sandwich

After reading my first draft of this post, I decided to scrap it entirely. This needs to be short, so here it goes.

  • Do you like peanut butter?
  • When you open up your peanut butter jar, is there a pool of oil waiting anxiously for you?
  • Do you spend an inordinate amount of time trying to mixing it all together before spreading it onto your bread?

If you are nodding your head yes to those three questions, then do this one simple trick.

When storing your peanut butter, turn the jar upside down.

That’s it. No more oil. No more mixing. You’re in a good upside-down versus the one Will Byers was stuck in. (Please tell me you know who Will Byers is.)


Update: You can’t imagine how pissed I was to find out that someone in this house left me with oily peanut butter today.
